Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every pass booked on millenniaevents.in for events organised by Millennia Events by Navya Gowda (“Millennia Events”, “we”, “us”). By registering or paying for a pass you agree to them.
1. What we offer
Millennia Events organises curated, in-person business networking events in Karnataka, India. A pass is a ticket that admits one named guest to a specific event on a specific date. The current event is The Founders Meet-Up, Mysuru, on Saturday, 24 October 2026. The price of one pass is ₹599, inclusive of all charges shown at checkout.
2. Booking and payment
- You book by filling in the registration form with accurate details and paying for the pass.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your seat is confirmed only once the payment is successful. You receive a reference number on screen and a confirmation from our team by email and/or WhatsApp.
- Seats are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis.
3. Admission
- Each pass admits one person and is issued in the name given at registration.
- Please carry your reference number. We may ask for a photo ID matching the name on the booking.
- The exact venue and timing are shared with confirmed guests before the event.
- We may refuse admission to anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, abusive or disruptive, without a refund.
4. Transfers
A pass may be transferred to another person by messaging us on WhatsApp with the new guest's name and details at least 24 hours before the event.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Changes to the event
Speakers, performers, the run-of-show and the venue may change for reasons outside our control. If we cancel or postpone the event, you are entitled to the options described in the refund policy.
7. Photography
Events are photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that images of you may appear in our event coverage and social media. Tell our team at the event if you prefer not to be photographed.
8. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the pass.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka have jurisdiction.
