Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Millennia Events by Navya Gowda collects when you register for an event on millenniaevents.in, and how we use it.
1. What we collect
- Details you give us: full name, WhatsApp number, email address, city, company or venture, a short description of what you do, and optionally a LinkedIn or Instagram link and an award nomination.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive only a payment reference, the amount and its status. We never receive or store card numbers, UPI IDs or bank account details.
- Basic technical data: the browser type and the page you came from, used to keep the service secure and working.
2. How we use it
- To confirm your booking and admit you to the event.
- To contact you by WhatsApp and email about your booking, the venue and the timing.
- To curate introductions between guests at the event.
- To keep records of payments and bookings as required by law.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the booking: Razorpay (payments) and Netlify (website hosting and data storage), and where the law requires it.
4. Storage and security
Booking records are stored on secured cloud infrastructure and are accessible only to the Millennia Events team through a password-protected dashboard.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the event and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or to stop messaging you, by writing to millenniaeventsbyng@gmail.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
