Refund & Transfer Policy
This policy applies to all passes for events organised by Millennia Events by Navya Gowda and booked through millenniaevents.in.
1. All sales are final
Once a pass is paid for, it is not cancellable and not refundable. This includes changes of plan and not attending the event.
2. If we cancel the event
If Millennia Events cancels the event, every paid guest receives a full refund of the amount paid. This is the only situation in which a pass is refunded.
3. If the event is postponed
If the event moves to a new date, your pass stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may transfer the pass as described below.
4. Transferring your pass
- You may transfer your pass to another person free of charge.
- Transfer requests must reach us at least 2 days (48 hours) before the event. For The Founders Meet-Up, Mysuru, that means by 5:00 PM on Thursday, 22 October 2026.
- To transfer, message +91 88845 26060 on WhatsApp or write to millenniaeventsbyng@gmail.com with your booking reference and the new guest's name, email and WhatsApp number.
- Requests received after that time cannot be accepted.
5. How refunds are paid when an event is cancelled
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days of the cancellation announcement and returned to the original payment method through KonfHub, our ticketing partner. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but no pass was issued, or you were charged twice for the same pass, write to us with the payment details. Such amounts are refunded in full.
